Home workout programs

I create workout programs that help you incorporate the healthy exercise habit in your daily life while getting stronger and leaner and at the same time respecting the way YOUR body is built. You will follow along the videos with fun diverse workouts and with modifications to suit your level and body architecture. You will be able to just click play in the comfort of your home, no travel time to the gym, no fancy pants and equipment needed. You get tips on the technique and "how" and "why" along the way to make the best out of your work, as well as other helpful resources to set yourself up for success. Refill Home Fitness philosophy

 Our body is the most precious gift we have. It carries us, enables us to feel, explore and experience. Regular exercise is one of the important pillars to help this body function better and longer. We all know that, but life gets in the way, things happen, New Year's resolutions fail and we are stuck where we started. Our body changes with life seasons and events, and we get discouraged looking at the perfect bodies doing cool exercises all over Internet. My approach to exercises is based on respect for body, emphasis on consistency (and fun!) and making the exercise a natural part of life. Instead of focusing on a "bikini body" or "pumping the glutes", which can of course also be a natural result of our work, I like to focus on getting stronger and feeling better in the body. Oh and yes, why that name? Because no one cancelled the simple truth - refill your own cup with energy before you try to give the energy to others!
